As a way of thanking our walk participants for their fundraising efforts, prizes are offered based on the total dollar amount raised as of December 1, 2009. This includes all online gifts and mailed-in donations received by Taking Back Lives on or before the deadline. During the first week of December, you will receive an email indicating your award level. Once your selection has been determined, the prize will be mailed to you within approximately 4 weeks.
In addition to individual prizes, trophies will be awarded at the walkathon to teams/individuals that collectively raise the most donations by November 12, 2009, in the following categories:
- Top Athletic Team
- Top Youth Group Team
- Top School Club Team
- Top Overall Team
- Top Overall Individual
Note: If desired, you may opt to donate your prize back to Taking Back Lives and the school building project. Prizes are awarded to qualifying participants, not teams.
