As a grassroots organization, we are heavily dependent on the volunteer spirit. If you're looking for ways to plug in, whether it's into your local community or to the global community, and are just not quite sure how to do it...this page was created for you. It's designed to act as a directoty to all the ways that you can plug in here at Taking Back Lives. We believe that our volunteers are as crucial to our success as any of our board members, so please have a look around and let us know if you have any questions.

Ways you can plug In:

• Volunteer: If your in the Sarasota, FL area, we'd love to have you plug in at any of our fundraising events. Click here to find out how.
• Fundraise: as a non-profit with big dreams to effect positive change in the world both here and abroad, we realize there are costs involved to accomplish these dreams. If you're willing, you can help make these dreams a reality by fundraising in your community. Not sure what to do...don't worry, register for an event you're interested in and we'll send regular updates and tips.
• Merchandise (Coming Soon): So we realize that it can sometimes be difficult to bring up what you're doing for people on the other side of the world in everyday conversation...so we're developing a merchandise line to help. So, when you're friends ask, "Hey cool shirt, where'd you get that?" You can tell them all about how you're helping Taking Back Lives.
• Raise Awareness: Help spread the word about the plight of students in Malawi. Post on your myspace, twitter or facebook. Follow our cause, come to our events, be creative, be crazy, just get the word out.
