Ripple Africa

Partnerships with established, thriving organizations located in Malawi are essential to the success of Taking Back Lives and our projects.  Having started Ripple Africa in 2003, Geoff and Liz Furber have headed up the nonprofit utilizing their individual expertise.  The combination of their skills has meant that the charity has developed into an effective, fun, and well-run organization.  Their primary focus is on education, healthcare, and environmental tree planting and reforestation, believing firmly in giving a hand up, not a hand out!

In collaboration, Taking Back Lives is teaming up with Ripple Africa to complete 2 classroom blocks, teacher accommodations, and development and implementation of a community development program over the next 3 years.
